Tommy Fury vs. Darren Till - One fighter starts huge clash as big favourite with bookmakers

Tommy Fury and Darren Till wasted no time in trading insults when they came together at the press conference to announce their fight earlier this week. 

Fury and Till will meet on January 18th at the brand-new Co-op Live Arena in Manchester and the action can be seen live on DAZN Paper-Per-View. 

Fury is hoping he can build on his excellent recent form that saw him score two wins over Jake Paul and KSI in 2023, but this bout will be his first in over a year. 

The younger brother of Tyson Fury, the former heavyweight world champion, is undefeated as a professional boxer, but he’s facing a man who’s entering the contest in a confident manner.

A major star when competing in the UFC, Till was a huge attraction who fought at the highest level against some of MMA’s most feared names. 

The Liverpool man made his boxing debut earlier this year, but the bout descended into a chaos following a brawl that took place with Mohammad Mutie. Till was eventually declared the winner. 

With the fight just two months away, opinions are split on who will emerge victorious, but Betfair  have opened their market on the fight, and they make Fury an overwhelming favourite. 

“As he prepares to return to the ring over a year since his last bout against KSI, Tommy Fury is the clear 3/10 favourite to beat Darren Till when the pair face off in a boxing match on January 18,” said Betfair’s Sam Rosbottom. 

“Meanwhile, former UFC star Till is 11/4 to upset the odds in Manchester, with the draw at 11/1.”
