Joe Joyce vs. Derek Chisora - Gennadiy Golovkin's former trainer has his say on heavyweight clash

Abel Sanchez is expecting an action-packed fight when Joe Joyce and Derek Chisora collide this weekend.  

The heavyweight pair will go at it in London with the loser unlikely to find any way back towards the business end of the division. 

Sanchez, who guided Gennadiy Golovkin to middleweight glory, is well aware of what Joyce is capable of.  

The 2016 Olympic silver medallist spent time in Sanchez’s Big Bear gym, and the veteran trainer has had his say on tomorrow’s fight. 

“Toe to toe slugfest,” said Sanchez when speaking to British Boxing News. 

"Chisora is limited and getting old, Joe Joyce has stopped learning, maybe by his own choosing or just nobody willing to improve him Toughness and grit don’t last forever.”
