Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson - Peter McGrail delivers his verdict on huge clash ahead of his own big fight

Peter McGrail faces the biggest test of his career on December 21, live on DAZN, when he goes in with Dennis McCann on the huge Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tyson Fury bill in Saudi Arabia.  

Although massively focused on the task ahead, McGrail will be taking time to watch Mike Tyson’s ring return this weekend when he goes in with Jake Paul in one of the biggest fights of 2024. 

As one of Liverpool’s best ever amateur fighters, McGrail finally turned professional in 2021 following an eventful period in the unpaid code that brought a wide collection of honours.  

Barring one slip up at the end of 2023 when he was sensationally beaten by Ja’Rico O’Quinn in Arizona, McGrail has looked impressive, and he can take another step towards a world title shot when he tackles McCann.

The big fights are coming fast and a few weeks before McGrail’s, it’s Paul vs. Tyson, and it’s a fight that has the entire boxing community talking. 

McGrail is no exception and at the press conference to announce the huge show he’s featuring on next month, McGrail delivered his verdict on the huge clash. 

“I would never go against Mike Tyson when he’s fighting a YouTuber,” said McGrail when speaking to DAZN. 

“I’ll back Mike Tyson every day of the week. If he comes out 100% and it’s a proper fight, not an exhibition, I still believe Tyson has got it in his locker to put Jake Paul to bed.”
